How do I order?

For your
convenience, we'll be placing
a printable order form
to help you in the ordering process. To use it, you'll print it off, list
your items, include either credit card information or a check or money
order in the total amount, including tax [if applicable] and shipping.
Then
you may send your order to us via US Mail. - - All orders
will be confirmed. -
Orders will not be shipped until payment is received. (No CODs) -
In the meantime, please call to place an order, or, you may begin the
order process via email and we will call you upon receipt of the email,
providing you've included your phone number[s]! |
Can I change or cancel an order?

You may change or cancel any item from your order, provided that it
has not yet been shipped.

After I place an order, will I receive a
confirmation?

Yes, Your confirmation is sent via e-mail. For your protection, it
does not include credit card information. If you do not receive the e-mail
confirmation, please call us at (530) 644-1735 to verify that we have the
correct e-mail address on file. |

Can I order merchandise I see on the
web site by phone?

Yes, any item on the web site can be ordered by phone.
Please call us at (530)
644-1735. Frequently, our embroidery machines are running in the studio
and we may not hear the phone. - This does not mean we're not there.
Please leave a brief message speaking clearly and slowly with your name,
the phone number[s] were we may return the call and a good time to reach
you in person. Kindly repeat your phone number[s] TWICE. You may also
leave a brief message regarding why you are calling. That way, if it's
regarding an order, we can have your order in front of us when we return
your call! |
How much does shipping cost?

For orders shipped within the United States, the standard shipping
method is USPS (US Mail Service - 1st Class). Priority is available @ an
additional charge, based on the total purchase
price of items ordered. Rush Service is available upon request for an extra charge based upon the
weight of products ordered. If you are interested in Rush Service,
please call us at (530) 644-1735. Do NOT email only. Please follow-up with
a phone call.
For orders shipped outside the United States, actual shipping costs will
be charged when your order is processed. This varies on a
case-by-case basis. If you
have questions, please call us for details.
If the wrong shipping charge is selected, we will correct the error before
processing the order.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Sales tax is charged only on orders sent within the state of
California.
California laws require that we charge a sales tax on the full amount of the
order. Sales tax is calculated on cost of goods only. Shipping and
handling is not taxed.

How do I return/exchange an item?

Our return/exchange policy is simple. Within 30 days of receipt of
your order, you may return/exchange any item in its original condition
provided it was not a custom order.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, please call us
at (530) 644-1735 to verify availability. Return the item with a copy of
your original receipt and reason for the ship to: 4-Paws 4 Rancho del Sol, Camino, CA 95709-9535.
If it is a return (not a exchange) your purchase price and any appropriate sales tax will be refunded to you by the same
method of payment. |
